Supported on Linux and macOS. Examples below are RHEL 9.

Packages

sudo dnf install -y git
sudo subscription-manager repos --enable ansible-automation-platform-2.7-for-rhel-$(rpm --eval %rhel)-x86_64-rpms
sudo dnf install -y ansible-navigator

If you cannot use the RPM: pip install ansible-navigator. Podman comes with that install and runs the execution environment.

Quay login

The EE is on a protected Quay repository.

podman login quay.io/redhat-cop

OpenShift CLI

Install oc from the OpenShift Container Platform downloads page if you need it for OpenShift checks or for utility_aap_deploy. You do not use oc to launch provider, maps, or plan jobs after seed.

Git clone

Clone only if you will run seed from a local inventory file:
